1.    Discussion of the Certification Application now available for Downloading from the DONE website.

2.    Report on the Social Contract for the Hollywood Community developed by the Hollywood Neighborhood Council. 

4.    Interview with LeeAnn Pelham, Executive Director of the City Ethics Commission, conducted by an NC organizer regarding the Ethics Ordinance.

4. Interview with Deputy City Attorney Gwen Poindexter conducted by an NC organizer regarding the Brown Act.  Gwen was the City Attorney's point person during the final drafting of the approved Plan for Implementing a Citywide System of Neighborhood Councils.

5.     Councilmember Janice Hahn, Chair of the City Council's Education and Neighborhoods Committee her assessment of the current state of the City's relationship to Neighborhood Councils
