Welcome - Noah Modisett Introductions and Open Mike Keynote Speaker H. David Nahai, the new General Manager of the Department of Water and Power. Mr. Nahai will discuss the Memorandum of Understanding with NC's and the current round of proposed rate hikes. Followed by a dialogue with the audience. Response From the DWP MPOU Oversight Committee Soledad Garcia, Coastal San Pedro NC, and Jack Humphreville, Greater Wilshire NC, will provide a response from the NC MOU Oversight Committee. Special Guest Speaker Wendy Greuel, Councilmember for the 2nd District. Councilwoman Greuel will discuss the state of transportation in the City from her perspective as Chair of the Council's Transportation Committee. Followed by a dialogue with the audience.
