The Role of the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment in the further development of Neighborhood Councils and the Role of the Board of Neighborhood Commissioners in the new Administration

Panel Discussion followed by a dialogue with the audience.

 
Keynote Speaker:  Councilman Bill Rosendahl, District 11

Councilman Rosendahl will discuss his view of the Neighborhood Council's role in City government as a newly elected member of the City Council.

Followed by a dialogue with the audience.

Lunch Session

Breakout sessions on a variety of topics including the DWP rate hike and the issue of allowing NC's to initiate City Council file numbers.
